LT-PMS-1-WG500 is a handheld modern version of a bullhorn. It incorporates 1 MAD Planar Magnetic Transducer loaded with a 500 Hz waveguide for increased output and control of the midrange. It can be use to direct crowds and gain the attention of individuals up to 800 ft (80dB @ 3 KHz - subject to environment and atmospheric conditions). Clarity and throw are startingly different from a standard bullhorn. It requires only one hand to hold and point the speaker. A hands-free headset microphone is included. The further away you can effectively communicate, the less danger for the operator. This system is plug and play ready, requires no major assembly or integration prior to evaluation, and is currently commercially available.
