The LT-PMS-1B Active Speaker with internal Battery incorporates 1 MAD Planar Magnetic Transducer loaded with a 500 Hz waveguide for increased output and control of the midrange. It can be used to direct crowds and gain the attention of individuals up to 800 ft (80dB @ 3 KHz - subject to environment and atmospheric conditions). Clarity and throw are startingly different from currently used speakers. A hands-free Wireless Microphone Headset is included. The further away you can effectively communicate, the less danger for the operator. As a special order LT-PMS-1B can be supplied or retrofitted with wirelessly controlled motorized Pan feature to further increased versatility and safety for the operator. This system is plug and play ready, requires no major assembly or integration prior to evaluation, and is currently commercially available.
