The LT-PMS-6 Planar Magnetic Surface Array is a powerful tool used for hailing and warning, crowd control, and search/seizure to determine intent at very long distances through verbal communication before the individuals get close enough to inflict harm. It has 6 MAD1 Planar Magnetic Transducers loaded with 500Hz waveguide for increased output and control of the midrange. The LT-PMS-6 can operate at effective distances of up to 4,000 ft (80dB @ 3KHz - subject to environment and atmospheric conditions) with perfect voice intelligibility. This also allows the device to be used effectively during a building fire to direct panicked victims needing advice from the ground. This system is plug and play ready, requires no major assembly or integration prior to evaluation, and is currently commercially available.
